The Third Electro Energy Technology (3EET) is based on Paul Dirac's "Comb Theory"
that describes the characteristics and behavior of a group of electrons - what is called electric current.
Our Needle Impulse Signal theory emulates Dirac's Comb Theory in practical application. In order to generate
needle impulses, we built an integrated electronic circuitry called a Generator of Needle Impulses (GoNI).
The GoNI module acts as an interface between the electrical load and the power source. The GoNI module can be
installed into an electrical appliance and convert original current, whether direct (dc) or alternating (ac), into
direct or alternating needle impulse (NIdc or NIac respectively). Electrical consumption can be dramatically
reduced in a device using the GoNI module without affecting the performance of the appliance, and performance
can be increased while maintaining original power consumption.
The Needle Impulses Signal Theory is divided into two distinct, but intertwined units.

- 3EET is a hypothesis that addresses the complex problem of approximate generation and digitalization
of Dirac's Needle Impulse function. 3EET is a complete blueprint. It encompasses current as well as future
practical solutions that have been and will be derived from it. The 3EET hypothesis has been presented to
members of the scientific community in Europe, the United States and Asia. There was consensus that the
theory is sound.

3EEA's are potential products intended for the marketplace. There are currently 25 independent scientific
research projects based on 3EET and the number is expected to grow to 60 and beyond. As scientific research
projects are finished and proven, the credibility of the 3EET is strengthened.

The 3EET Group project would not be possibel without the support and sponsorship of many companies
and individuals.
